What are your hours of operation? |

Our gate hours are 6am to 10pm to allow ample access hours everyday to your property.
Office hours for Swartz Creek and Grand Blanc locations are 9am to 5pm Mon thru Fri, 9am to 12 noon on Sat. Office hours for our Fenton location are 10am to 5pm Mon thru Fri, 10am to 2pm on Sat. |

Our expert staff is here to help solve all your storage problems. We can tell you the most efficient and secure methods to store your property as well as recommend movers and places to purchase your storage supplies. We sell boxes $1 to $5, sizes 1 x 1 x 1 to 24 x 24 x 24. |

What are my actual move-in costs? |

First month’s rent and a nominal $10 administrative fee. We do have occasional move-in specials and will always attempt to meet any competitors’ prices. Once you move in, your rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis. |

Will my stuff be safe at Ameriguard Mini Storage? |

We
have employees living on the property and security checks
are performed throughout the day. You can provide your own lock or purchase a
lock when you move in. |

Do I need insurance for my stored property? |

Check with your homeowners or renters’ insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. If you find that you do not have insurance, we can provide you the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in Mini storage. |

What can’t I store at Ameriguard Mini Storage? |

Common sense and state laws determine what can be stored. Since you alone have access to your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include live animals and plants, explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, food, or liquids. Do not tempt unwanted critters with food, candles, dried flowers or your favorite sweater. |

How do I prevent damage from pests? |

We inspect and service our facility and apply pest repellant on a regular basis. Our staff can also provide you with specific packing tips to ensure that your stored property is not damaged. |
